Orlando, FL, June 19, 2024 — Mujeres in Marketing is proud to announce its official launch event on Thursday, June 27, 2024, at 5:00 PM at Hi Hello Labs. Founded by Ashley Rivera Mercado, with Board Founding Members Yeliza Centeio, Ana Carolina Salazar, and Krystal Morris, Mujeres in Marketing aims to create a supportive and empowering community for Latina women in the marketing industry.

The launch event will feature entertainment by DJ Demi Korrin, catering, and a panel discussion led by Delaina Baker, Founder and Social Media Expert of Social Media Study Hall. This event marks the beginning of an initiative focused on professional development, mentorship, and fostering a strong sense of belonging among Latina marketing professionals.

“Mujeres in Marketing was born out of a desire to support and uplift Latina women in the marketing field,” said Ashley Rivera Mercado, Founder of Mujeres in Marketing. “Our goal is to provide resources, mentorship, and a community where Latina creative professionals can thrive and succeed.”

Ana Carolina Salazar, one of the Board Founding Members and CEO of BOLD Hispanic Marketing Agency, emphasized the importance of this initiative. “Throughout my career, I’ve seen the unique challenges and opportunities that Latina women face. By sharing our journeys and experiences, we hope to shorten the path for other professional Latinas, marketers, and business owners.”

Mujeres in Marketing will offer a variety of programs and events, including webinars, workshops, and networking opportunities, designed to help Latina marketers develop their skills and advance their careers. The launch event is just the beginning of a series of initiatives aimed at empowering Latina women in the marketing industry.
